The short answer
Yes, we repair Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, and Thermador appliances throughout Los Angeles County, from Santa Monica and Beverly Hills to Santa Clarita, Glendale, and Pasadena. We come from Van Nuys, about 12 miles away, and diagnose the problem in your kitchen before recommending a repair.
Sub-Zero Appliance Repair travels from our Van Nuys base across Los Angeles County to fix premium kitchen appliances. Most of the communities we cover are about 12 miles from us, so we reach homes from the coast to the foothills. Sub-Zero refrigeration is our main focus, and we also repair Viking, Wolf, and Thermador ranges, ovens, cooktops, and refrigerators. We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these brands.

Appliances We Repair
Common calls include a fresh food section that runs warm, frost building up in the freezer, an ice maker that stops producing, burners that click but won't light, ovens that heat unevenly, and control panels showing error codes.
- Sub-Zero built-in, column, and undercounter refrigerators, freezers, and wine storage
- Wolf ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, and steam ovens
- Viking ranges, refrigerators, and ventilation hoods
- Thermador ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, and refrigeration
How Local Climate Affects Your Appliances
Los Angeles has dry summers and mild winters, but conditions vary widely across the county. Inland valleys and foothill communities run much hotter in summer than neighborhoods near the coast, and fall Santa Ana winds can bring hot, dry spells. A refrigerator in a warm kitchen in Santa Clarita or Altadena works harder than one in a cooler home in Santa Monica.
Hot stretches tend to expose dusty condenser coils, worn door gaskets, and weak fans. Cleaning the condenser and checking that doors seal fully before summer can ease the load on the compressor.

What to Expect From a Service Visit
When you contact us, describe what the appliance is doing and share the model and serial number if you can find them. On many refrigerators the tag is inside near the top. On ranges it is often behind the kick plate or the oven door.
Our technician tests the appliance in your home, explains what failed, and goes over your options before starting any work. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you and schedule a return visit to finish the repair.
